Just bought my two pair one for my boy as a valentine gift and one for me but I experienced the worst customer service these philipino ladies judged me immediately on entering and as I was choosing my pairs she kept rushing me asking every are you done …. And the philipino cashier gave me this eye I will never go back there after asked her why she look at me like that they started speaking there language and singing as well as laughing tried to complain but nothing as she kept replying rudely just paid and left.this al ansari business center branch will never go back there but shoes are nice

All The Shoe Are FAKE, don't buy if you don't want fakes, you can see the glue. The workers say their real but they are not

You should have a number for complain
I been in your store in shikh Zayed road
I swear to god I have said to the gentleman there three time hello, he didn’t even bother to reply …. Later on I have chose few items my price it was 250 aed he give front of one client same item 150 aed … I ask him why he said it’s my choice to give the discount not you ????

I have been today with my friend in your shop in shikh sayer road
Your store manger he was so aggressive, he giving different prices front of the client for the same item , we ask for the same price he refused, when we ask why that …. He said it’s my choice that is very bad customer service

I bought a pair of Chanel's trainers. The shop is not authorized by Chanel.
I am not sure the shoes are originals.
I looked for the reference number but I do not found it.
Even on Chanel's shop they never heard about this reference number.
..... I am waiting for an official answer from the owner of the shop as they act as having originals brands.
