The food was good and amazing . We ordered the full meal the chapsoy was very tasty with the rice along with Shanghai rolls and fried shrimps . The meal was generous and the team is friendly . Their prices are fair and not expensive. It is a must to try if you pass to DIFC .

Best ramyn i have ever had , the seasoning is so umami the topping is well blended to the soup Khaled kimchi is so tasty the katsu is crispy

All of their staff are friendly and courteous. They always greet me whenever I see them around Gate Avenue. :)

Food is also excellent and I really love that they are doing BOGO offers every Monday.

Will defo order again and again and again from them :)

Chicken Ramen was delicious and beautifully presented

The chicken katsu bowl was tasty and filling i loved the curry sauce. The portions are huge.

Not helpful when I first moved in - the letting agent had not provided me with the parking permit so Royal Arsenal would only give me temporary 12 hour parking permits to park hundreds of metres away from the apartment. I wasted an hour a day renewing the permit and then walking to the car and back. After a few days they told me they cannot issue visitor permits to residents so I had to park in a public car park until the issue was resolved.

There is no convenient parking when you move in/out of the apartments, so will be many trips walking and carrying heavy loads. Apartment doors are not easy to open when carrying anything or if elderly or disabled.

There seems to be no way for visitors or delivery people to contact you (no door intercom system) but packages are left with the concierge. So far I have been able to collect them all, but the concierge will not inform you when mail arrives.

Residents do not have access to electricity or water meters so have to ask the concierge every time you need to take a reading.

When you move in you are not given any information about waste disposal and recycling. I randomly happened to stumble upon our recycling area in the underground parking lot a few days after moving in.

I am very disappointed with their service and actually fulfilling their duty to residents of Royal Arsenal. They made my move in date a nightmare, making to carry all my belongings all across the Riverside area, as they could not let the driver in. Before that I called and was assured we will be able to access the building. Deliveries are a nightmare to receive as well(could not accept a flat packed desk for a PC, as not allowed furniture, but can accept my years supply of toilet rolls.P.S where is this communicated?) The point is 1. the team are not friendly or understanding and would never use their initiative 2. makes me doubt of their actual competence in a time of crisis. 3. the fire alarm has been going in my building for 2 weeks with no assistance.
Please sort this out so other people don't experience the same.
