Registered with this practice via Glan Conwy surgery, in March ,when I moved to the area. Called about my Spring Covid booster jab, having been told weeks ago I would be called . Told to call Llandudno Center
as surgery no longer did the jabs Did this, and apparently my surgery have not put me on the system, so Im not registered
I was told that the spring booster jab has now ended, so Ive missed out Not good seeing as Im an asthmatic Apparently this has happened to other patients in the past Wouldnt you have thought that in light of this that they would have sorted it out by now

Can’t ever get an appointment. Explain on the phone how pharmacist has told me to ring and they say ring tomorrow at 8 to try for an appointment. Terrible surgery.

this is the worst health care i have ever had the surgery seems to be run by the reception staff who will go as far as giving you medical advice when they are not trained the are very rude have been given wrong medication and wrongly diagnosed there are three surgeries yet only one doctor who to me it seems like he does not care your health is everthing avoid at all cost i complained and was removed from the doctors list says it all

Exceptional receptionist, Friendly and calming on the phone while expressing my medical concerns, I always feel like I’m the most important patient .

Staff are great, just cannot ever get an appointment. Constantly on the phone pressing redial after 5 mins of nearly 50 +tries, appointments are gone. Both husband and daughter are desperate to be seen, even taken for private consultation with pharmacy and they say desperately to see a doctor????.
OK... A&E I think next. ????

One of the worst surgery i ever come across, 4years in chronic stomac pains, still i cannot get anywhere with them, tried the doctors, blaming it on mental health, or its in my head, i am sick of it, then fobbing me of with medication, i have not had no any professional help, god help you longford surgery i have solicitors involved now, and you will be sued, i had a seizure last week and collapsed.

All staff at this sugery are the best I've ever known!
They are all very helpful, curteous and good at what they do.
