They broke my new laggage bag which was my 2nd time to use it, and I tried to reach out but they were sending me u irrelevant emails until I went and complained on their page. The shame part is they r refunding only 80 aed. ????. I loved traveling with kq but my last experience was horrible.

I was struggling to make my multi-city bookings DXB-Kenya-Tanzania-Kenya-Zimbabwe , Zubin Vakil was super helpful and his email responses was not only super fast but to the point. Very pleasing service, truly The Pride of Africa. Welldone KQ

Very bad services I am holding a u class ticket ... Which means ecnomic flex and this airline is not interested to refund me the amount and asking me to pay extra for change date ... Wht ever was mention on the tym of online ticket purchase all are lie ... Cuz none of the statement they follow ... I pay extra for wht to robe my pocket ... Plus in there behavior tht they fight with there customer and don't response to any query.... Very very bad customer services...

Am just from visiting the office here in Dubai I wanted to reschedule my flight and was having difficulties doing it online so I went to the office and surprisingly no one was able to attend to me the practically ignored me the whole time I ended up leaving with no help they customer service is horrible

I love the Airways, very neat airline, hostess are awesome, they gave me 3 check-in luggage free, I enjoyed flowing with them from DXB to Nigeria. ✌️✌️✌️. Next am flying from UK ???????? to Nigeria I will take Kenyan airways.

Poor poor service. It is a shame to receive this kind of service from Kenya Airways. If I could give zero I would have done it. Long wait no one to attend and when they did appear slow as it gets.
