I would have given 5 star rating if not for the receptionist lady (tall slim dark coloured staff), I have no personal grudge or enmity with this receptionist but she is rude and ill mannered for no specific reason, even my friend who viaited there said the same. The ambience in the spa and therapists are really good. But meeting this ill mannered receptionist really irritates and prevents me from going there again untill atleast there is a new receptionist.

Wonderful ambience and music. Very relaxing - I didn’t get a malayali therapist exactly but her technique was really good. Must visit!
