Despite the level of traffic and chaos (due to the gas station and other fast food places), this KFC has always been unmatched. The car-hop service is unbelievably convenient, food is always fresh even if there are many other customers it always comes on time and never experienced confusion from staff members who take orders. One staff member took our confusing and big order without being perplexed, he delivered our food rapidly and we could even trust him to take our credit card and pay for it inside the store. Outstanding staff member

Very busy place . Worth the waiting. The service is bit low due to heavy take away rush. Always filled with customers. Good for takeaway. Seats are minimal. Clean and tidy atmosphere. Hot crisly fried chicken is served. Must try potato wedges . And dynamite sause.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE , i had a very bad food poisoning and ended up at the hospital's emergency room , what an awful eperience and never again, they should work on their food hygiene and safety procedures.

Worst customer service, every time I ordered there while driving back home they have not given me what I ordered, either something missing or wrong order, where I always mention to them make sure everything is correct but still something wrong.

This car park is place where people who have cars can park them. There are white rectangles painted on the tarmac surface that indicate where cars should be parked. It is unacceptable to park one's car straddling two spaces, as is parking too close to another car so the driver has difficulty getting in and driving away. I highly recommend this car park to any car driver who wants to park in that part of Calne, but suggest that it's unsuitable for anyone who wants to park in Cheltenham, Melksham, or Devizes.
