The staff is so uncooperative. The dining area upstairs is untidy and they never ran it even after requesting it several times. Besides it, they have taken the sitting area of Pizza Hut too and the restaurant staff is the worst I have ever seen in any hospitality industry. Right from the front counter, the kitchen and the rest of the guys are worse. Food is below average.

Very bad behaviour from Supervisor, in my 10 years experience in Dubai paid 1 Dirham for 4 pieces ketchup.. I ordered family 12 piece bucket meal at the kfc centre. They give us only 3 piece ketchup. Then i went and ask ketchup to the shop manager and he told me that i have to pay extra. For 6 person they give 3 ketchup. Very bad experience i hade from kfc.. ????

Have multiple stores side by side
Great to dine in
Got seating space on top but it’s for both
Pizza Hut & kfc
Quite busy on offer days like Tuesday for pizza hut
But overall love it

this kfc has the worst staff. one of the staffs name is Lucy and she kicked me and my friends out of the place because OTHER students from my school were making noice but we weren’t involved in anything, when we asked why she proceeded to take out her phone and record us without asking permission and was being so intolerable . she let other boys from my school stay longer but made us leave without a valid explanation. hope you see this Lucy and hope this makes you change your disgusting personality into being a more friendly person u003c3 say hi to your other friend, too bad i didnt get her name

Hands down, KFC is one of the successful fast-food chains around the globe. Their fried chicken is incomparable.

But successful brand comes with definite expectations from customers.

For example, this outlet is where we usually order – takeaway or delivery. Never dine-in because the place is a bit dirty. And shouldn’t be a place where food is being served clean all the time?

The food is great, but the service not so much.

I hope the Management conduct a routine check on this outlet. We’ve visited several times and all those times the place was just plain dirty.

Super friendly staff, especially Ms. Shila with her pleasant face and all other staff there.

No need to mention the taste of KFC as it known for everyone.

It a different experience when you go to any KFC branch and get those spicy, crunchy fried chicken than ordering the same to home.

Highly recommended to visit this branch near to Al Nahda metro station

This place is one of the worst if not THE WORST KFC branch in UAE, Their food is always soggy and never tastes good, The vegetables made me want to vomit, And the chicken is so soft like a gummy bear, I do not recommend buying from here at all , you should buy from the Pizza Hut next to it, Their service is even worse than the food itself, Their employees are always in such a rush and one time they delayed my order for 1 WHOLE HOUR, They also always force you to use the kiosk. washrooms and their indoor dining area is as disgusting.

Please either eat from the Pizza Hut next to the KFC or look for another branch nearby.
