Green was my favourite KFC shop but there is a bad staff her name PRABHA. She is very rude and not respect to customer at all . please be careful when you see this name PRABHA. She open talk with customer with bad mood .we requested this please remove this stupid staff from here.thanks

Their delivery system sucks. Tracking is good for nothing. The map will show rider has arrived then you will receive a call 10 minutes later only to know that he hasn’t left yet. By the time your food arrives, its cold. If you guys can’t handle deliveries then you should not offer this service.

I am is one who is regular customer of green KFC Brance. This shop is near by my accommodation. So I open come here enjoy kfc . But there one bad staffs come currently her name is Prabha . She is very bad and rude to customers.and her behavior is not respectful. Please remove this kind of stupid staffs from that Brance .

Hey everyone I share my experience here .I am fan of kfc ????. Today I went eat my favorite kfc in green. But I meet there very rude person her name is PRABHA. She doesn't know how to dell with customer. Her behavior was very bad and not respectful. She give me cold kfc whice I really don't like.. first time happens with me this. Very good location for the Greens residents. If you go during rush hour, dine-in is difficult due to the limited number of tables.

The taste and food qualiry are good, but sometimes the staffs taking orders recommend adding too many options or seem unfriendly.

I recently visited KFC in Greens and was disappointed by the service provided by one of the staff members. When I asked for a Pepsi, she did not add it to my order despite my request. Additionally, I noticed that the establishment did not have hand washing facilities available, which is a concern for health and safety reasons.

On a positive note, the staff member with glasses was very good and provided excellent service. Despite this, my overall experience was marred by the lack of attention to detail and safety concerns. I hope that KFC can address these issues and improve their service in the future.

One of the best KFC Branches I've been to! Place is not wide, few tables. Stuff are very helpful & kind. Chicken are so fresh, juicy & served so hot. Tried the new lays crunch dinner meal & it was wow! The only thing I didn't like was that the coleslaw was so little in the box. Parking is available just directly outside and nearby the restaurant.
