As usual, bust branch in the Food Court of deira City Centre,
I ordered a dynamite burger box, the served chicken zinger with potato cutlet, which spoiled the taste of burger. Worst experience
Never recommend.

Very pathetic service. They have special rule which they will give only 1 ketchup for meals. The staff is saying they are getting pressure from KFC for giving extra ketchups and its making them running in loss LOL

KFC is a world famous fast food chane so there is no need to introduce it.
For this branch, one star is also not worthy.
No kisko machine here.
No app orders are accepted here.
The hygiene level is zero at this branch.
The staff is wearing torn hand gloves.
Staff behavior is so rude that you are asking for free.
They will not suggest any deal that kfc is offering.
They are only interested in selling Pepsi as a drink as there are many options available but they will say out of stock every time you ask.

Nice place for a quick and cheap snacks in dubai mall. Rates are same and service is good too. You can enjoy a quick meal with inside seating and outdoor fountain view as well. It’s newly opened area with large number of seating.

KFC in this location was closed maybe 3 months for renovation. It opened and it’s more worse than ever before. Staff are not trained, they don’t assist customers properly. I saw another customer eat some fries off my order and manager refused at first to change my order. It’s not hygienic restaurant at all. The one lady spilled Pepsi on my bun and I asked to have it changed, she was rolling her eyes and said something in her own language which is not acceptable.

I ordered dipping box ( 85 aed ) The chicken pieces were not as hot and freshly cooked like the ones I had at Mall Of Emirates branch, The French Fries ???? as well cold.
Amazing the difference in quality between This branch and MOE branch.

Me and my wife ordered chicken rice meal which is my favorite and dinner meal for my wife at KFC DCC..
I'm disappointed to my favorite meal which is not like this. The rice really bad. And this is not the right serving of chicken rice meal. ????????
