Quite an average KFC. The chicken is a little inconsistently seasoned but otherwise pretty normal. Service is so so and not very fast.

My 1st time to use the app and I liked it! So quick to place the order from the app. But when I went to the counter because I got notification that my order was ready, it took another 10 minutes to ACTUALLY get my order. In fact that's the only time the staff called in one of the sandwiches I ordered (Dynamite Burger) to the kitchen.

The advanced order function of McDonald's and Starbucks (At least in this country) apps is way better. Whenever I order ahead via their apps, there really is almost zero wait time when I arrive to claim my order.

Worst KFC I have ever been! We have been waiting for 30 min to get a regular burger and wings. Customers after us were served. Staffs were mot friendly and not responsive at all! Definitely need some change here!

The staff are not professional at all. you like someone, force them to do I have 2 meal I ask the cashier to give me one meal only press but she not agree then wen I take my order no tissue even wen am back to ask tissue the lady she look at me like I do something wrong and the franch frise not hot the salad not nice long time I didn't eat in kfc and I don't think I well eat sooner

We waited 30 minutes until chicken came out. We asked the staffs five times if our menu has come out, but they only told us to wait. It took us 30 minutes, and didn't even get a formal apology. I just felt I wasted my time, and the chicken is not hot now, and I feel really gross. You should make a tablet showing the waiting numbers like McDonalds. I loved KFC, but it's a shame that this situation happened. (The staff's name was Sargma (I'm not sure, but please supplement these problems))

Worst experience ever - ordered an 8 pc bucket and they put 4 wings inside…. Either the wrong sauce, the wrong soft drink, something is always wrong…. The manager confirms 2 wings per 8 piece order…. I’ve given up on KFC, they just don’t pay attention to detail….

Terriblllllllllllle!!!! It's the worst KFC I have ever eaten!!!! Every single thing in the twister sandwich was terrible! The order was prepared after about 30 minutes, I think the sandwich was for yesterday and the bread was completely black and burnt , the chicken wasn't cooked , the lettuce wasn't fresh, I couldn't eat the sandwich. And the the staff doesn't know anything about customers service in Marina mall branch????????????????????????????????it's very disappointing, I will surly never come back to this branch????????????????????????

They are almost always missing items in the delivered orders (!).

AND they don’t do refunds for the items they don’t deliver (!).

They offer that they will deliver the missing item. So I get hot food and I am to wait for an hour for them to deliver the missing item? Or am I to eat the food and then wait an hour for the missing item and eat it separately?

This is a lack of respect for the client. Especially if the mistake is on their side.

I would be ok with this if it would happen once. But it happens almost each time.

This was out list time with KFC.
