Good to see a big Pakistani brand in Dubai mall.
It is on the first floor infront of centrepoint, below Reel cinemas.

Good prices and great service.
Top quality clothes.

Very rude lady, seems to be from manager or supervisor, from phillipines, she literally said I can’t help, go somewhere else !!! Whilst I just asked to show me the suits with only specific size than searching the whole store

i came here to read reviews after a very bad experience in their dubai mall branch and found similar reviews/experiences here. In my opinion their staff is rude .. in fact i was so shocked by their attitude. I couldnt believe that sales staff can be so impolite. I often go to many other brands for clothes shopping as dubai has very high standrad for customer care..and sales staff in dubai are so polite in every shop. Its first time i found staff showing rudeness as if they dont want us in shop. I have a whole story to tell if khaadi management wants to listen.. i have some suggestions also.
On positive side Clothes are very nice and prices are really good. Because of proper sequence of clothes its easy to find what you like. Hope khaadi improve this aspect of customer service also till that time one star.

All comments said same as we faced today
Nothing has changed
The manger so rude and professional
She asked the ladies to try their clothes publicly and refused to open the ladies fitting room
Well this is so offensive for ladies
I hope dubai mall management would look to this coz no one would agree simply to takeoff their clothes publicly under their camera

Eastern wear is perfect as always. But western wear is not upto khaadi standard and pricy as well. They pack staff and not everyone able to guide you there

One particular member of staff in the DM branch with horrific “customer service” skills! I was waiting for the store to open and I saw her go to the toilet (whilst store was still shut) and once she came back out of the toilet I asked her if I could go into the store now, she ignored me so I had to call out to her again and without looking at me in the eye she said “yes” in a very lacklustre tone and a dirty look as though I have annoyed her for wanting to go into the store! I already knew what I wanted to purchase but her attitude throughout was horrendous! So much annoyance on her face that I was even there! Surely if you hate customers and your job THAT much, you should look to work elsewhere? (I know it’s not that easy, but being polite and kind to people IS!). I would stop shopping there if they had more branches closer to me but unfortunately Dubai Mall is the closest one. Awful service, they really do need thorough training in manners and certainly would not get away with this behaviour in other countries, as others have pointed out in their review! Shame I didn’t get her name or I would have posted it.

Thank you to Andy from Cruise Holidays for truly making our dreams come true. We have never really imagined ourselves on a cruise, but Andy took time to talk through our hopes and dreams, fears and expectations and gave us clear information and guidance, which gave us the confidence to take the plunge. We are so glad we had Andy to guide us, as we had an absolutely incredible time! Everything was really well organised and Andy took the stress away from the moment of booking to embarkation. He was also keen to hear about our experiences on our return, as his priority is to deliver a first class service , so he uses feedback to assist other clients. Andy took time to contact us every step of the way to check we understood and were following coronavirus regulations and he offered support and guidance, so we felt completely safe and secure. Andy was always quick to respond to any queries and took time to listen. He delivers an absolutely first class service and we cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you again, Andy and we are looking forward to you supporting us with our next cruises to Asia and also to St Petersburg and Moscow on a river cruise.

Andy was very helpful in finding a cruise to suit our requirements. It was a pleasure to be advised rather than ‘sold to’. Booking was conducted without fuss and all key information provided promptly. Our first cruise with Fred Olsen turned out to be excellent - it will not be the last! Excellent service from Andy and his team - it was our first cruise and he answered all our questions and gave us all the help we needed. He found us a cruise that absolutely suited what we were looking for at an excellent price. We wouldn't hesitate in using Cruise Holidays again.

Thank you Andy from Cruise Holidays UK for sorting out a fabulous holiday for me and my husband. The hotel was totally fabulous you absolutely nailed it. The swim up room was wonderful, and this will certainly be top of my list for future holidays. The location just above Port Adriano offered lots of options for dining in the evening and watching the world go by.

The information provided by Andy in regards to current requirements for travelling took the stress out of travelling and it was so easy. The hotel even had a doctor who came in and did the necessary Covid test that we needed before departure.

Roll on my next holiday with cruise Holidays, although it may be a repeat of this as it was so good.

This is the second time that we have used Andy to arrange a Cruise holiday and both times we have been absolutely delighted with his level of service.
Potentially booking a cruise holiday is a minefield but Andy has years of experience, is very thorough and professional and seems to leave no stone unturned.
I value the fact that I have not booked such an important holiday via a call centre or the internet and after the initial booking I am only dealing with Andy and he is always contactable by phone.

Just back from a fabulous holiday organised through Cruise Holidays UK. Andy could have been more helpful, always at the end of the phone or email with quick responses to queries. He arranged a great package cruise and stay holiday for us and kept us up to date with everything we need to do in the run up. All travel documents were emailed to us a few days before so we had everything we need in one place. Would 100% recommend this company and Andy and we will be back in touch when we decide where we will be cruising next. Thank you so much for making it so easy

Andy at Cruise Holidays has been our cruise travel agent for a number of years now, we never consider using anyone else. Exceptional service. Always responds quickly to any questions. Gives plenty of options when I just have a vague idea of where we want to go and when!

We have recently returned from a four month trip, which included two long cruises at the start (6 weeks) and finish (4 weeks) both of which Andy sorted and ensured we had all the relevant information regarding visas, testing and other relevant requirements relating to the destinations. Nothing is too much trouble.

In Feb 20 as COVID started to affect travelling, we were stuck in Dubai and Andy sorted out our onward travels and couldn't have done more to help us out of a difficult situation.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andy for any holiday bookings, especially those involving a cruise.
