Worst experience in hair colour, I have a light brown hair, and I used to do a specific 2 no. of colours I informed Soukaina she said she knows. She did it and when she washed my hair first she make me wet completely till the water reaches my under wear, I was v upset she told me that I am not sit properly, Second, she put a balck colour on the roots and when she washed my hair I informed her that this colour was not the same she said no it is the same but your hair is still wet. When I go home my family was chocked, I returned back again but didn't find her, there is another lady she speaks to me rudely and shouting at me , refuse to correct it and told me to come again to let Souksina fix it to me. I will never go again to this salon and will not recommend it to anyone.

I have been a regular customer to this salon for over 3 years now and the service is what keeps me coming back. The ladies there are very polite and friendly and their work in nails and hair is immaculate

Told us to cut the hair costs 90. At the end they charged us 130. 50 for small girls seems to bee a bit pricey as well.

I visited for mani and pedi services as it was convenient because of the location. The saloon is very boring as there was no music playing. The air-conditioning was not working well i as it was getting extremely hot when there was hair services provided to someone. The staff kept speaking their language al the time which make me feel I was not existing for them. No coffee, tea or water was offered. The result was very basic. The color i chose it turned out completely different. Their explaination was that the sample colour has already faded, thats why looks different. I can not recommend.

Not the best. After my haircut was done (my hair was still wet) the lady doing my hair asked me if I wanted her to dry my hair. Of course I said yes I couldn't walk outside with wet hair. She didn't mention there would be extra charge, no one did. So when I went to pay I found out I was charged for more than 60 dirhams extra for saying yes to dry my hair.. thought that was included in the haircut like literally every salon ever.

Worst experience at a salon in dubai! Their nail ladies are super unprofessional. Further to that, they don't value people's time! I took an appointment at 3pm, it's 4:16pm now and I'm still waiting for my turn to come through. Not recommended whatsoever!
