I always take my car to this Kia Service Center in Alqouz. Ramzan Khan is really helpful. He takes great care of my car and always answers my calls. He’s an excellent advisor. If you go, ask for him. I highly recommend this place. Five stars!

I had a bad experience with my new Kia Sorento. Just went to regular check up and I was informed to come after few hours and it will be ready. At the end of the day I informed that we had a bad news that your water pump needs to be replaced and it will take 6 days to replace. As an agent this essential important spare part should be available. So they told me you have to rent a car this period I asked can I have a replacement car they told me that as per policy if it takes 15 days will provide less than that we can not. I checked with them yesterday I was informed it will be ready. Now in my way to them they said it is not ready we need more day. To my knowledge and as written everywhere that water pump needs only 3 hours to replace not more than 6 days. Inspite of my believe in Kia as this is my third car. Inspite that Mr Mostafa in the front desk is very helpful. I'm really disappointed because of the delay, it is very inconvenient disturbing issue not for me alone but for the whole family to stay without their car. I hope you investigate this further. Awaiting your feedback.

I went there for a service and Lynn was very supportive and keen to provide good customer experience.

She was also doing regular followu ps to ensure everything was completed in a timely manner.

Tried calling 10+ times. No Answer. Have had my car in for repair from minor accident, was not repaired properly the first time and had to send it back in or completion. 1 out of 10. I have purchased 2 brand new Kia cars in the last 7 years, I will not buy one again.

Horrible experience from here. Never go there and one star is even overrated for them.

I bought a brand new car in 2020. So far i’ve done 3times of normal check up and one time of full check up. Nomal check up was 400aed and full check up was 700aed something. I’ve been to the other official branch not this one. So i believe the price has to be flat in any official branch.

I visited this one in Dec 2022 and the staff Irfan tried to charge me over 500aed. I claimed and complainted why the price is too different and he kept saying we do this this blah blah.

I told he to give me full detail what you are checking and he just gave me hand writing note(are you serious?)

So i kept asking him to formal paper and he gave a one receipt which has just normal one and i cant see any defer.

Finally i can get the paper of check up list in 400aed and over 500aed one’s. And those have the same check up list. And i was really angry how he tried to charge me for no reason. So i told he this is the same and i want to keep this paper and he said no(of course).

At the end the other staff who overheard the whole my complaint he told him to do something else and i paid 400aed.

It was really unpleasant and horrible experience.

Ah! Also he told me to change the battery. Which was around 300aed. My car is still new and it never stopped or had any issue with battery. Btw my car is kia cerato 5doors. If anyone wants to refer to check the fareness.

The worst experience ever. The car returned from the servicing (driver window open/close mechanism replacement) full of scratches and damaged plastic on the driver’s door. As per the management of the branch- it’s kind of wear and tear (stones on the road). But I don’t understand how “the stones can scratch the door handle” and damage plastic inside.

The worst thing-when I asked-the quality check report (it was empty,none of the appeared damages mentioned there),the Kia representative admitted their mistake,but didn’t come with any solution.

The service is terrible, in-spite of this is the Official Kia. See the pics for your references

I don’t like this service center at all. They provide less than standard service quality and the place is very outdated. The staff there are one of the worst too. They only work till 5 pm so it’s very difficult to drop your vehicle after work so the timing is very bad. And don’t get me started on the pricing this place is so expensive to a point you would think you’re servicing a VW not a Kia. Pathetic!

Well discriped street name that did not waver from history the street goings-on to being that of a standardized street that is usually over used and under appreciated until closed for repairs, as stated awe day and night ...Main Street.. future proof name
