The kidoos playarea has such a great birthday team who are: Des, Helen, Lyca and Lailah Rosalie. The birthday arrangements, activities, give away and ect. have exceeded my expectations. My kids had the best birthday with the best team. I really appreciate their hard works and I am thankful for the team. And for sure,I will reserve for further birthday parties.

Lovely safe place to leave your kids while you browse the shops around

They also through beautiful birthday parties ???? and really know how to make your kids happy ,

Big play area with 2 soft play sections for smaller kids. Nice dancing and decent food / snack options. Always a go-to when I am in the area with friends as the restaurant options nearby are excellent too.

Staff is nice and helpful. Bathrooms could be cleaner and the broken toys replaced with newer models. Many of the role playing section outfits are old and toys are missing. it would be nice to bring the legos/ blocks back.

The place is joyful, and clean ;
The staff are super nice and helpful, they are playing with kids and cheering them up, they’re also making sure of the cleanliness of the place as I saw them wiping the contacted surfaces.
Would definitely come back ❤️

Its a very nice place for kids to play with lots of activities and a coffee shop , my kids enjoyed it , but needs to be more sanitized and cleaned

You are always looking for a way to get more money, in the beginning you was charging extra fees for nanny or the kids companion but you forced to cancel it after many complains, then you find a new way to get more money by forcing the parents to pay full day pass during weekend because one hour pass is not allowed in weekend, are you serious do you expect the families to spend the hall day in a play area, this is a farce and am sure I will not be the only one complains be ready for more.

My daughter had her 1st birthday party at Kidoos and she and the kids had so much fun with all the activities and play they did. The play area is really clean and the kids enjoyed playing! We highly recommend this place for kids! Thank you to all the staff who were very accomodating and put together the best party for my daughter. Thank you Helen, Lyka and all of the staff!

Such a disappointment! The place is not like before. The play area should be cleaned and sanitized, there is no toys or equipments that kids can play with in the kitchen area although it’s not that expensive to afford and change it between now and then since we are paying for the entry fee. Even the reception staff were not clear about the sand area is temporarily closed.
