Kids Zone is in a perfect location, seemingly well staffed with a decent amount of toys, activity supplies, and books but unfortunately while there my partner and I saw 2+ roaches in the 1hour we were there. 2 coming from the corner where the changing table is and crawling on the mat across from the books. I’m quite surprised because one staff member was cleaning about 30 min while we were there, one staff interacted with the children whilst about 3 other staff members were sitting by front desk entry. I wish they were a bit more interactive with the children. Review is only 3 stars because of the roaches it just was a turn off seeing them crawling all over whilst my child was trying to play and the low interaction with the kids.

Terrible. Dirty!! Place is extremely small and unkempt. The soft play area is very dark, not enough lighting and tucked away in the back where you can’t watch your child.
Toys are random and incomplete, old and worn and very dirty.
Many nannies there were barefoot and staff did not reinforce the need for socks. Long black hairs on the play mats.
Diaper changing area is just a shelf in a corner, no privacy. Toddler potty also sitting in the open in a corner, no doors or sink to wash after.
Expensive for what it is and they charge for infants!
AVOID!!! Worst kids place I’ve been to.

My son had a wonderful time here and the staff members are kind and helpful! A great place to keep your kids at while you shop or finish a few errands! I do recommend it ????????????

Super cute and colourful venue, Kid zone dubai is a multi-purpose spot where the environment is both educational and stimulating. Kids can learn through play and exploration, and if mums wants to indulge in a spot of retail therapy while they do that, little ones can be left to play in the supervised play area.
❤My kids thoroughly enjoyed the role play area, it was a perfect educational experience that they won't even realize they are having..
Kid zone dubai has an enormous soft play area that provides endless entertainment that energetic tots love !!
Plus, the recent addition of fun and educational summer camp, means that children can release their creative flair and have leaps of fun at the same time as they throw themselves into new challenges, such as slime playing, coloring canvas, ceramic painting and crafting.

Being a mum of a toddler, I am always on a lookout of some great fun play areas to keep those lil monsters entertained. And with the summer break coming up, it's a task to find such entertaining hygienic places to take our kids to.

Recently, I came across @kidszonedubai @soukalbahardubai that have lots of toys, games, role play toys, blocks, cars etc to keep toddlers busy for hours. Apart from the toys, they have a dedicated art and craft section too which enables them to showcase their creativity. They have reading library where mums or the staff their can read books to ur lil one's. If that is not enough, they have a small play area too which has slide, trampoline, obstacle path etc. So a complete package as per your child's interests.

You can join your lil one with all the fun and create memories or else you can drop your child with them and one of the dedicated n friendly staff will look after the child for couple of hours while you can shop or dine at adjoining @soukalbahardubai or @thedubaimall

Do visit them and share your experience with me and I am sure your kids will have as much fun as my kiddo had @kidszonedubai

Kidszone is located at Souk Al Bahar for kids aged three and above. World located next to the main entrance of souk al bahar. Its world inside with the soft play area, face painting, mould painting, slime play, books for kids and adults to read, an event room for kids, toy area to take their roles while they play. They also have seats for adults if parent wish to stay with their kids.

They provide loads of options:
1. Summer Camp AED 130 per day and AED500 per week
2. Birthdays party and other events packages that starts from AED500.
3. Drop and shop services for AED 110 per hour.
4. Play area is AED 70 per hour and additional hour is AED30.

While we can shop in peace and kids can have their own fun. There are care takers inside the kidszone and washrooms as well. Service is really good and they were so friendly to kids to play as they want.

This place is terrible for kids and does not even deserve one star in my opinion. My son (1.5) attended the group class the other day and the teacher was NOT patient AT ALL. Thank god my nanny was with him so she could tell me all about it afterwards. She told me that the teacher was shouting at the kids and not friendly at all. They are supposed to do activities from 10 till 1 but the activities didn’t even last 1 hour. I paid 120 dirham for what? Also the teacher was not hygienic at all, wiping her dirty hands of the table where the kids eat. I don’t know who owns this place but they are doing a terrible job at managing it. For the mothers who leave their kids under their watch: please don’t!
