I went here for the first time for Gellish nails. It will be my last time. I regret going to this salon.

The service lady was very polite and did her best. But she still was not able to deliver quality manicure.

The Gellish nail polish was of very poor quality. It did not spread well.
The color in the pallet that I selected did not match the actual color.
The UV light that she used did not dry the polish well. She kept telling me that it will dry in the end.
I had informed the lady that I want a slight gap between cuticles and the polish. She used her nails to wipe off any excess but the end result is visible in pics.

Poor hygiene. The towel that was below my hands did not look clean to begin with. During the manicure, it got even dirtier. At one point, I had to ask the lady to shake off the towel before proceeding.
I had to wash my hands twice, in the floor sink.

I’ve been to Keisha for almost 3 years now. The saloon is very neat and clean and it is so easy to book or cancel appointments. The girls are very nice and soft and do a very good job. They don’t try to belittle you to sell more services or products like many other saloons do which is very important to me. I got my highlights done recently and I just loved what a good job wilma did! Highly recommend.

My little miss had a great pamper time.
Miss Amaya was so patient, sweet and cheerful while doing my daughter's haircut and nails. Keisha is sure to be a salon for all ages and truly "kid friendly".

Thank you for the great service last Easter Sunday. I had full hair color, hair protein with hair cut. The place really look and feel like a lounge, so comfy with free wifi. Wilma was nice as well as the other lady, sorry I forgot her name ????. But all in all, it was a great first time experience in Kiesha Beauty Lounge. For sure, i’ll be back after few months for the same services. Thanks again.

I typically dislike cutting my hair shorter because it always looks unflattering on me personally, however the length and style that this salon's stylist gave me were incredibly satisfactory despite my nervousness when it comes to getting a drastic haircut. The blowout and the subtle curtain bangs really brought the look together! - Ysabel

I come to Kiesha to blowdry my hair every time I am in Dubai. This salon offers an excellent service with very reasonable prices. The lovely hairdressers take extra care of my hair and the results never disappoint. They also offer massages here, which my mum loves & always praises. I highly recommend this salon.

I've been getting my hair cut, coloured and blowdried by Wilma the past two years at Kiesha beauty lounge and I've always been happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend her if you need a hairdresser, she also takes the time to listen and understand what your needs or concerns with your hair may be. It's been a great experience

I had the tips of my hair bleached to be dyed purple. When the hairdresser found that the bleach color turned copper because I previously had red hair, she didn’t tell me that purple would not work, and did not suggest a different color if she knew it wouldn’t work.

She just went ahead and dyed it anyway and the color turned into a dark brown, nothing like what I wanted. Then she shrugged it off saying “wash it within a week and you’ll be able to dye it purple” which did not happen as my hair is still too dark to apply color on.

She seemed too rushed to get it over with, and when I called to express my dissatisfaction she did not apologize and simply said “ok mam”. Overall I felt like she was careless and just wanted to get it over with.
