Worst experience ever had with king chef staff, we had a order half grill chicken and when we open the food there was only one small piece of chicken and same we just want to inform to hotel counter who was present in the counter he was behaving like we eat the food and we are cheating which is not acceptable… very worst service…

I think it’s beef curry poratta
Not good

They have. Same gravy for all stuff and if we go for chicken items most of them. They make steam then they. Make as your order but they make own taste and. Some time make the mood off over all kind 2/half star ⭐

Worst experience in food…..!

I ordered one chicken biryani, but the chicken is half cook, No taste at all but over priced

Staff is not friendly -

I entered into hotel 1:30 pm, same time i call the attender for ordering the food, they attend me 1:55 p.m.

After the order, they server the food 2:20 pm

What i noticed the person who sit next table ordered same chicken biryani on 2:05 pm(they attend him befor he sit on chair) and they served on 2:10pm ( because the same attender know him and give the priority)

Atmosphere is good and clean like star hotels

Visited with my family....Ordered some authentic kerala authentic dish.....The worst part is their inside atmosphere as Ac was not working at all...Me an My 4 years old daughter was sweating like anything....Informed the supervisor who was present there at the cash counter.instead of listening he gave me crapp answer stating bcz of too much crowd its pretty hot....I couldn't control as it was getting over my head and asked for manager to come over....All of sudden when I asked for manager then only they switch on the AC....This is ridiculous service from the staff....My weekly outing dinner was ruined by this unprofessional staff present.....
Definitely will take this matter to Dubai Municipality....

Very nice place for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Here you will get Veg and Non Veg Food variety.
Very many items are in menu list. All type of Food Available here.
Prices are reasonable, service fast, taste is very good.
Take out, dine in and delivery option available here.
Cash and cards are accepting here. Seating arrangement is also good. Waiter and staff are polite and humble.

Biriyani was so yummy and overall service was good.. Especially the waiter from Kochi (forgot the name) is great.
Must visit.

I ordered mixed gril but I received more salty.
I return the order.
Then I I ordered again chicken peri peri that too slat . the worst attitude from the employee and the management . I returned all my food
