King spice general trading staff are cheating customer and they are so rude.they sold 1pair shoes to my brother with different size. He was in visit same day he purchase he has a flight. It was gift for his wife.but when he open the shoes packet in poland it’s was different size. We went there to tell them about it. They were shouting badly and scolding me to bring back shoes. But he was already in poland. They are really bad people.

So any one buying from them please???? be careful.never believe them they are scammer totally a scammer only. It was our mistake also we believe sales staff and asked them to gift pack. I will never forget these two pakistani scammer how rude when I went to tell them about it.

This shop was on a Dubai half day tour. I bought one jar of spices, plus a few dried fruits and nuts. Prices were not marked, but I expected them to be modest. I was utterly shocked when a bill of 588 AED was presented to me. As others noted, this is probably about 10x what the merchandise was worth. This shop is truly a scam. I can see from other reviews that I am not alone in this assessment. It gives a bad name to Dubai, the tour company, and the spice industry. Not wanting to create a scene, I paid the bill. However, I will be recommending to Rayna Tours to drop this shop from their itinerary. Shameful!

Here is another bad review about this shop--the branch close to Al Ras metro station. We should be able to put minus as ratings.
I got some stuff and when I was about to pay, the guy calculated and showed me the calculator showing 360 dhs. Then I tap my card to pay. When I reached home, I noticed the CC slip was 480 dhs. Not 360 dhs like what he said/showed me. I went back there and the guy denied overcharged me. He said it's the price we both agreed. There's no proof to support that, either.
It is sad, that there is such people on earth. What a contradiction, he prays but does stealing and cheating like this. I really really wish the worst--the worst--happen to him (and the other people at the shop who do this scam). May the universe put him in a constant missery in this life and life after. This shop should be closed down and these people should not be interacting with anyone. So evil hearted.

ATTENTION - DO NOT ENTER THIS STORE!!!!!!

On entering the shop we were given very good advice and were delighted with the selection of spices and fruits.
When we decided to buy a little, we were charged prices that were fraudulent. For two small tins of tea and a few pieces of dates, over 1,700 UAE were charged by ATM card. Unfortunately, I realised this too late as I didn't have a conversion calculator with me. The sellers claim that saffron is in all teas and that is how the price is arrived at, which is simply a lie. Please be very careful here, this shop is a complete rip-off!

If I could give this store a 0 out of 5. They are scammers. My spices totaled under $70 and they charged our credit card almost $800. DO NOT GO IN THERE. Unscrupulous SCAMMERS! THEY should not be allowed to operate a business in such a beautiful country with such lovely people.

A beautiful Souk in AL Seef; where old Dubai meets new Dubai. It's a pleasant walk with much to see, do and eat. If visiting Dubai be sure to stop by Al Seef.
