In its days a brilliant store for all your health and beauty products. Store is now very dated and sadly too big for the town as Maidenhead high st us in need of a big uplift to get back to the good old days.

Couldn't be worse service. Plastic panels from COVID still in place and u003dnd1An staff who do not talk loud enough to make themselves heard but when they DO speak up; you cannot understand. And they cannot hear you. WAKE UP BOOTS. And we all know too well nothing will change; big company.

I'm not too sure who this pharmacy is supposed to help but it is not people who have a job. Opening hours are 9:30 to 17:00 and half a day on a Saturday yet during lunch breaks and on Saturday morning the inexperienced staff are completely overwhelmed with no sense of urgency or competence. I have been four times - following a text to say my prescription is ready - to no avail and the team "doesn't know why" and tells me to try again in a few days. I have wasted some much time. Please get your act together, you're a hindrance and you're impacting peoples' lives.

Understaffed and expect the typical 'britsh' thing ... customers should and will just patiently..

Sad thing it's everywhere, banks included..

COVID reset attitude and cost saving measures everywhere IMO

Spent 45 minutes calling the opticians for noone to answer! I tried shop floor, pharmacy and customer service. Why is it noone answered, when the shop was open? Absolute waste of time!

Only went in for a couple cheap bits and staff were clearly stalking me and repeatedly asking if I needed anything. Must have been a slow day at work, but great work on scaring off a customer for life.

The Maidenhead Boots is a great shop. I hope the bigwigs of Boots, the organisation, don't close it.

Pharmacy closes early and isn't matching the opening times online. Wasted my time going to get my prescription. (The actual opening times are Boots shuts 6pm+ but the pharmacy shuts at 5pm)
