One of the best Japanese restaurants in Dubai. The ambiance is so chill and the staffs are very friendly. Thumbs up to Vincent who assisted us tonight, he recommended some of the best things in the menu & give us a tour of the place. Miso butter eggplant & burnt salmon with spicy mayo are the stars of the night! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always a treat when dining with Kinoya. Amazing food, excellent service, and cozy atmosphere. Tonight’s favorites was the Miso Butter Eggplant & Burnt Salmon. But everything else was 10/10.

Vincent & Leonard both took good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed!

This place is great!! The ramen is absolutely delicious. The ambiance was really nice, it feels like they have brought Japan to you. However, it will be perfect if they could atleast give a basket where we can put our bags. As we were at the ramen counter and there is no place where to place our bags. But, anyway we enjoyed our meal there. And will definitely come back again.

Reserved the table for 4pm. It was calm and not too crowded. Did some research for recommendations and I’ve ordered the following:

Chef’s special: Shio Paitan Ramen (R): broth is flavourful, not too thick or too light, just enough to blend with the ramen. Seared chicken meat is tender and skin was crispy, however have to dip it with the broth for more flavour. Just enough portion for 1 person and the price matches the dish.

Miso butter eggplant: Very delicious. Miso paste on top and grilled. Taste was good but not too overpowering the eggplant and the way it’s being burnt makes the eggplant real good. Sprinkled it with sesame seeds and bonito flakes, let it do the magic to your tastebuds.

Suteki mocktails: Very refreshing and do note to stir the drinks before sipping it as the yuzu tend to sink at the bottom of the glass.

My friend ordered Spicy Miso Ramen and she enjoyed it too! Would recommend and come again for the ramen!

The ambience is typically minimalist-Japanese decorated. I made sure to call first for reservation, so we came a little bit early and was accommodated 10mins earlier. We were asked to remove our shoes prior to entering the room were you will basically dine with 2 to 3 more groups…which is fine because the noise is just about right.
Food… we find it 5stars,
Ramen..hmmm superb.. except for the unagi that my daughter didn’t like that much. Staff are always available. Environment is clean. Price is reasonable.
The thing is, they don’t have signage on the ground floor. It took us 15mins looking around the restaurant while inside the Onyx building. But well.. it’s worth looking for. ????

This place was recommended as a good Japanese place, but our experience was terrible, both the food and customer service were beyond disappointment. Don’t go. The food was terrible, it’s the worst sushi/poke bowl I ever had. For starters, the raw sushi was served warm, and the portions were very small for it’s extremely overpriced menu. The menu is hard to read, and to top it off, the customer service was shockingly rude. We arrived at 5 pm, and the waiters kept harassing us to leave the place before 6pm, because the place is “fully booked” at 6pm. I will let the pictures speak for you. The place was empty! And at 5:45 they continued to harass is to leave, and to top it off, when we complained and expressed our disappointment with both the food and the service, we didn’t even get an apology. I assured them, that they will never see my face again, and surely not anyone I know. And btw, the place is really overpriced for the service, setup and quality of food. Have your lunch or dinner somewhere else, please.

Absolutely amazing ramen. The best in Dubai and maybe even better than some eaten in Japan. A must for all Ramen lovers.

Love this place!!!
Amazing and authentic Japanese food. The fish used for sushi is sooooo fresh and of the best quality.
I have been here a few times and they never disappoint.
Their ramen is soul soothing. It's the best I've had so far. After having the ramen here, I don't like it anywhere else!
Everything on their menu is amazing!
Their alcohol collection is great.
The ambience is nice. Dining at the bar is a hut warm but an experience in itself. It's very interesting to watch the chef prepare ramen.
If it wasn't located so far away for me, I would be there almost once a week!
