A unique pastrami sandwich with high quality meat and tastes amazing especially the mixture of the meat and mustard on a next level , ask for a little bit more mustard.

Had a variety of sandwiches at the Ripe Market, we were mostly disappointed. The pastrami was delicious and of high quality. Everything else we had was really not to our liking, especially the chicken sandwich. Quite expensive for the portion size too, so we felt doubly unsatisfied.

This pastrami sandwich is one the best things I’ve ever eaten in Dubai, if you’re a fan of deli meat or just a fan of food, don’t think about it, just do it. Tender juicy pastrami perfectly cooked with an amazing sauce to compliment it and crunchy toasted bread.

We are talking about NYC quality pastrami here. Well done!! Choose the classic mustard instead or sriracha. And be there as early as possible because it sells out in about an hour. I am sure they will figure out the demand and supply in the coming weeks, but this is a great start for a NY deli food in Dubai.

Tried the Pastrami sandwich at their Round 10 pop-up, it took me back to New York city! Epic sandwich loved it !

So lots of people on here saying it’s a smelly and a nasty carpark etc. I’ve visited twice and was surprised that these reviews didn’t match what I experienced. it’s clean, and well lit. I’m not sure what people expect from a carpark, carpet and curtains, perhaps a driver to park their car for them. There were staff patrolling on both visits. There’s safety doors to stop undesirables getting in. CCTV in all the entrances.

Lots of people also moaning about how tight it is, and shouldn’t be used with anything bigger than a midsize hatchback. I’ve got a large premium saloon car, and it fitted up and down the ramps fine, I didn’t have to do any reversing and manoeuvres, it was a perfectly reasonable space to use.

The spaces are massive, tones of space around your car so little chance of getting damaged, even on the biggest vehicles.

I’ve added some pics, I really don’t understand everyone’s issue with this car park.

As grim as you'd expect, but plenty of free space. Why can't they design these things for vehicles to manouver easily?! Tight Kerbs and concrete walls and pillars everywhere

We regularly go here to ncp at newark. Now unfortunately for a while the scanning machine doesn't read my code on app. This gets rather tedious and if you've got a queue behind you!!
But!, on the other hand, they have made parking bays bigger, much bigger!
One of the lifts is out of action and has been for some time. These are not controlled by ncp, quite convenient, I thought....
On the whole, it's a secure carpark, the entrance has a drop down shutter, you need your ticket/app to return through secure door (unless someone is coming out and holds it open????)
Besides it's inconveniences, we prefer this car park.

Advantages: secure doors and shutters, good location for the town centre.
Disadvantage: the five point turn I needed to go to get my car up the extremely narrow turn into the ramp… seriously. The lanes are extremely narrow.

Good security. However, very lift/stairwell are poorly kept and in really bad condition and they smell.

Car park used to have an attendant so you felt your car was safe. Last night when we tried to park no sign of anyone in the building and the car park was overrun with teenagers creating mayhem. Hardly a safe space to leave your car. Noticed that the car park was not closed as it should have been at 7pm at night and left open for anyone to waltz in. Why bother paying premium prices when you can have just as much security paying for free in the street?

Open 24hrs. Felt secure. Only thing to be aware of entrance,exit and all internal ramps narrow with tight corners. If you have a larger car might be very tricky.

Worst carpark ever. It is more a driving test than carpark. Big/meduim size cars won't turn the corners on the ramps, small cars don't do in easily, spaces are narrow with columns positioned so you can't get out the car. A design master piece!!!
