Very Bad Shop, they don't want to support customers after sales, bought a vantage cue shaft
and it seam splitted and they don't want to reprint a copy of the bill so I cannot claim from predator international, they also dont want you to touch any items on their shop as if you will damage their items.

The people in the shop are grumpy and treat customers like they are tired of their jobs.

Had a wonderful experience shopping for the billiard cues. They have multiple options of different brands also their own brand. Your go to shop for all your billiard needs. The staff are well informed as well.

Purchased SIMONIS 860-198 cloth and paid for cloth replacement and levelling. The service team damaged the cushions when removing the old stapples, clearly from improper positioning of the screw driver. The table was also not levelled. I requested a supervisor to come inspect the work and the service team responsible attended the site along with Sup. I asked them to remove the slate for better inspection and found the quality of the cloth installation was shocking. Material doubled over creating high spots, old adhesive not removed prior to installing new cloth, the damage to the cushion rear was clear to see from the indentations to the wood. There is no way this table can be levelled with uneven cloth thickness under the supports. Totally unacceptable work and damage to a perfectly good table. The supervisor stated the service team MUST finish the cloth replacement in under 3 hours. Seems Knight Cue Sports LLC is willing to damage its customers property to achieve under 3 hours changeout. My calls for follow up went unanswered for 2 weeks. Now I have registered a formal complaint through the system to help resolve.

I am very happy with this shop and highly recommend them for all billiards products. They are very quick and sharp in delivery and installation time. They have large collection of billiards products on display and also provide custom design. The manager Mr Hasnat is very friendly and helpful person.

They have wide variety of products related to billiard, darts and ping-pong. The staff are friendly and try their best to assist. The prices are good for Dubai but expensive compared to other places around the world.
