A lovely experience! The food was amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the chef was very accommodating. The wagyu steak was one of the best meals I've ever had! Soft flavourful steak with rich soy sauce and sharp wasabi. The restaurant had authentic Japanese furnishing and it was a quiet and peaceful ambience. A bit expensive but worth every penny for this experience!

Food: 10/10
Everything was very delicious! We had the wagyu beef (cant remember which one but it was with rice), scallops, salmon and a variety of fish (I believe its sashimi), fried octopus, and black sesame mochi. I recommend everything I’ve had, absolutely well prepared and delicious! Compliments to the chef.

Ambiance: 10/10

Tough one to rate. Its on the pricey side like fine dining. So prepare your wallet.

Parking: 7/10
We were visiting the opera house but paid vallet is available + free parking

NOTE: Food must be pre-ordered from the day before. Only drinks are ordered the same night.

Great great food!
Everything was exquisite, all the meals were absolutely delicious especially the wagyu carpaccio.
The service was the best I've ever encountered.
I loved how we had to take our shoes off and how nicely decorated the restaurant is!
Although it is very pricey, it's very much worth it.
Definitely definitely recommend!

One of the best Authentic Japanese restaurant in Dubai.

By All Japane staffs, Japanese hospitality (Omotenashi) and wonderful presentation and tasty food, it's marvelous.

Business Lunch (Tue-Fri only)
Fuji AED180 and Yuri AED235, it's really amazing value.
Each plates are impressive.
We'll be back again for sure.

One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. The service is great, the ambience and theme matches the restaurant's traditional style perfectly, the place is spotless, toilet facilities are an experience in itself (if you've not used a modern Japanese one before) and the food is just amazing. I've had a few steaks in my time and the A5 sirloin I tried here is the best hands down. So full of flavour and extremely tender. However, I would say that this place is not cheap and the portion sizes are quite small but that is because I think they have chosen to focus on the quality rather than the quantity.

Fantastic pre theatre menu. You just turn up and enjoy what the chef has made that day. A bit pricey but a really enjoyable and authentic experience.

This was an amazing experience, and something that Dubai has not seen.

The food was absolutely delicious, the service was great and the ambience was just like you were in a Japanese restaurant.

The attention to detail was immaculate. The restaurant gets their food from Japan and has it delivered twice a week. You can really taste the freshness! Our server showed us the beef we were going to eat and explained the difference between each type.

I had the set menu, which allowed me to taste a variety of delicious beef, vegetables and sashimi. The fruit at the end was also something I would have never imagined to experience. I have never tasted a Fuji Apple or orange so sweet in my life.

I highly recommend coming here. This is an experience you will not have anywhere else in Dubai!

The seen : beautiful location beside Dubai opera. The interior is marvelously simple, elegant classic Japanese design.

The staff , the most enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable waiters I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. They were so courteous and kind.

And if all of this isn’t enough to convince you to call now and book a table at this small in size but mighty in flavor. Here’s my review of the food.

It was exquisite and every ingredient was given the respect it deserves. Making its flavors shine.

My kindest regards to the amazing chef and staff of this fine establishment
