Popped in on a recent visit, wish I hadn't bothered to be honest. Extensive menu, but the food was average at best. We ordered a chicken curry and a lentil curry. The chicken curry was pretty average, the lentil curry marginally better. All freshly cooked, but missing flavour. Reasonably priced, but I would probably try something different next time to be honest.

Awesome food and kind service, especially their bhindi fry was probably the best I have ever eaten, but also rotis are excellent. I wasn't too impressed by their mutton tikka, the meat was quite tough and dry and it was not freshly grilled, but maybe 30 minutes to 1 hour before I ordered. Salad portions are very generous and also their milk tea is awesome. Definitely try the bhindi fry, and if you want barbecue, I'd say go for chicken tikka, coz it looked awesome on the grill, without any artificial colour!

One of the best food we had in Dubai. Great service and they serve mainly local customers. Food is great and prices are so affordable. Come when you are in the spice and gold souk!

We had Chana daal and chicken karahi with freshly cooked rotis followed by tea. Everything tasted great and was very reasonable.

This lovely place is a super local place, that gives you the spirit of the old Dubai in a very generous way. The staff is extremely polite and the food is amazing. I can highly recommend the Mutton Tikka & Daal Chana in combination with their own bred! Definitely worth a visit if you want to try local food! ????

Amazing food. My favourite is the mutton biriyani, goat brain, goat kajrahi and bindi masala. Very good service. Can be a bit crowded at peak times, but they have always found space for me. Keep it up.

I found the food delicious!!! Best value for money. I usually look for special things: like brain. And I wasn't disappointed! If you want to dive into local experience and flavours this is the place. Great service. Extremely welcoming. In the picture: Mutton, Brain, Chicken Biryiani and Daal. Definitely a place to remember and revisit.
