We were delighted to try your airline food for the first time yesterday, and we were so impressed. My family have travelled around the world and your food was delicious, the presentation was lovely and the packaging so creative. We are interested in having your meals delivered to the hotel next time we come to Dubai and recommend emirates airlines because of your catering. Exciting, innovative and world class recipes which made the flight so much better!

we have been travelling with emirates for many years now. The kosher option was very poor. Luckily you came into the picture. Delicious! New ideas! Fresh! and GLATT KOSHER! amazing. We really hope your food will be served soon on ALL emirates flight, in and outbound throughout the world!

I am usually not fast at giving 1 star rating
We traveled from Dubai to NY and could not believe the food we were given on Emirates flights, my wife described it as horrible food she had in our traveling history so you can understand for 14 hours we stayed hungry because their food sucked, not to mention traveling with kids and pregnant daughter who is not picky but this time around could not not eat their food, dinner was bad we hoped breakfast would be better to our surprise it was worse

I am sorry, but to taste exotic food is something some people do if they choose to go to a certain restaurant. When you are catering to an airline that people fly all over the world it is unacceptable to serve them mush. Not everyone likes mashed figs and dates while on a plane. 2 teeny bread sticks are unacceptable especially on flights Ex-Dubai where you have the ability to deliver fresh pastries.
I am sure if I came with the right mood to a restaurant I would appreciate it. But on the plane just give me a gourmet meal like everyone else.

Ate their food on a flight on Emirates to USA. Truly outstanding. Well presented, thoughtful combinations and excellently executed. Truly wish all airline kosher food tasted like this. One happy and discerning customer. Rgds

On Wednesday I flew from Dubai to Melbourne on Emirates. The flight was excellent and a highlight for me was the delicious kosher meals prepared by Kosher Arabia
They were just right
Well done
I highly recommend them for presentation, taste and flavor

Atrocious. No security, no CCTV, multiple thefts. Completely unsafe.
