Great takeaway options. Quick service and amazing value for money. Chai is great and breakfast options are plenty. HUGE variety of juices. Sadly no seating.

I’ve tried over 10 karak cafeterias and koukh al shay is the OG. It has the perfect level of sweetness and just the right amount of tea to milk ratio. I can’t leave the house without getting a cup and it’s just a dirham. Their paratha is very soft and yummy too. 10/10

Outstanding service! Pass by to taste one of the best Tea (Tsai Karak). While you're at it try the Paratha with Cheese (Paratha wo Jiben) and the Paratha with Cheese Omelet (Paratha Omelet wo Jiben). They also have other sandwiches and drinks that you can choose from.

Delicious Kadak and Paratha!
I love Koukh Al Shay for many reasons, whether it is the Kadak, paratha, other sandwiches and treats.
They offer variety of tea and Kadak, you can order in person, delivery or via applications.
The staff is fast and professional, and most importantly pleasant.
I'm happy that Koukh Al Shay is nearby.

The fresh milk tea was utter waste,giving rainbow tea as fresh milk.when informed the service person less sugar will give more sugar. Really felt bad about the service and bad impression.
