I recently placed an juice order at this restaurant and made the payment. However, despite waiting for 10 minutes, I did not receive my juice. When I inquired about my order after 2 minutes, they replied that they hadn't even started preparing it because the kitchen staff had not taken my order yet. It took a total of 15 minutes before they finally informed me that it would take another 5 minutes to be ready. This level of incompetence is simply unacceptable.
The lack of communication and delayed response from the staff is highly disappointing. As a customer, I expected a timely and efficient service, but my experience was far from it. I urge others to reconsider ordering from this establishment, as it seems they are unable to handle even the simplest of tasks.
I hope the restaurant management takes this review seriously and works towards improving their service quality and customer communication. Such instances not only lead to customer dissatisfaction but also tarnish the restaurant's reputation.

Taking into account good service, tasty food and competitive prices, I'd visit few more times during my stay here.
