Great, quiet coffee stop. Just over from the busy Dubai Mall. Service very good. Excellent place just to chill. Free WiFi.

The doughnuts are amazing as usual, and the staff are friendly. However, this is the second time we come to Krispy Kreme before the closing time by more than 1 hour and whenever we request americano, the staff states that he has cleaned the coffee machine and its not possible to make coffee.

His justification is that he is the only staff on duty, which is of course not acceptable from a customer point of view.

As long as the shop is during operation hours, all menu should be available for customers.

Girl who serves at the counter is a bit rude and customer service is none. I guess they are also short staffed so I guess thats why she hates her job.
