I receive professional and quick service from Alraya garage special thanks to Mr. Rifnas for a very accommodating work and he is very responsive on all my queries. Also the job they done for my car is outstanding. I will recommend Al raya from my friends ????

We had a very bad experience. We put our car ( Porsche) for repair and it got hit inside their garage and Ehab (I guess the owner) he denied first and he slammed the table in front of my son until we had a prove that they hit it for us. And after 2 months of waiting for them to get a replacement for signal light to find out they ordered the wrong side. Since we had it all with insurance we needed extra job card for the extra 3 days they had the car and Ehab said he needs insurance approval. I consulted with the insurance they said no approval needed and they are obliged to provide the job card, I sent Ehab the insurance reply and he never replied even after seeing my messages. No apology, no manners with us as customer and we are not happy from the job they did.

A Bunch of team who don’t know what is respect and customer service. The staff knowledge is awful. They judge with “guesses” not with knowledge. They wasted my time. They blamed my car with guesses.
1. The car is not GCC ( Actually GCC car)
2. Airbag is deployed ( Actually Original and never deployed)
3. The car interior seat leather changed ( Actually it is from Maserati itself, original)
4. Gear defect ( Actually, no shift shock, no jerk, no gear delay)

Iam really impressed by the work they have done. I can't express how great these guys are.. they're extremely professional, super friendly and they offer the best service.These guys really know what they're doing and special thanks to Mr.Rafnas for his great customer service and hospitality. It's 10/10 by me no doubt. The best garage in Dubai. I would highly recommend this place and will use again in future.

Wasted 2 months with this unprofessional workshop. While it was a basic repair that should have taken 3 days they damaged the car, lied about it… at the end an employee admitted about the issue while the manager kept on lying. They ordered wrong parts and did not respond to correspondence. The minimum I was
apology… never got it. The case is already reported to the insurance company.

Fabulous work. Very friendly and clean atmosphere. Especially Mr.Rafnas who helped me through out the process.
