I had a daith piercing elsewhere and after few months my piercing had a bump. Went to KYRA for check up and they were amazing! Service had a minimal fee (since it was not done by them) which I find it reasonable. They advised me what to do and how to take care of my piercing. Will definitely come back to do new piercings ????????

We went today to have my daughter’s ears pierced and we loved the warm and friendly staff! Thank you for the great customer service and for making my daughter feel so relaxed and happy ! She loves her new earrings too!

Excellent service, extremely courteous staff, the owner Mr Anand was a gentleman and they all made the ear piercing experience for my 7 year old daughter so memorable! They even gave her a certificate of bravery ????. Thankyou!

The staff are so helpful and kind. My eldest daughter had a wobble about getting her ears pierced and the staff were so patient and gave her time to make her decision. The procedure was very quick and the earing choice vast. I have 2 very happy girls xx

Amazing place! I was a bit nervous of piercing my ears but the staff were so supportive and nice and I felt completely comfortable and relaxed. Definitely coming back for another piercing soon! Would recommend 100%.

The numerous piercings I've done here have been fine (albeit quite expensive) but unfortunately I've been immensely disappointed in the quality of their products. I spent quite a sum on a conch earring, which started turning green only a few months into wearing it. I asked for a refund but was denied. They replaced the earring but it has now happened again (despite my being extremely cautious of what gets near the earring), calling into question the quality of what's being sold.

From staff to service to quality of work and products, Kyra deserves more than 5 stars! They were very professional and provided me what I needed for immigration valuation of jewelry. Their staff’s customer service is wonderful and they deliver what they promise. I would definitely come back here again!
