From booking the appointment to answering all my questions.
I took my 8 month old baby girl to get her ears pierced . They took the time to apply a numbing cream and make her comfortable.
The place is clean and the employees are friendly. Pricing was ok and it was what they mentioned before proceeding with the piercing.
They made sure that the piercing is where its supposed to be and they double checked.
The whole process was done in no time.
Only one star i took as they didn’t informed me bout the after care till i asked, but its an easy point to look over google anyway.

I got to the shop and spent 3k for 2 jewellery ( one to change & one new piercing ) the piece I chosen was set it short back which made my ear swollen and unable to remove as of the wrong back they have put ! I had to cut the piercing to allow my ear to heal. Not only that I lost 800 on a jewellery but also the piercing closed!
When I asked to speak to manager , he was rude and telling me that is in the business for many years .. first of all , all I wanted is at least to pierce my ear again complimentary so I bring my old suitable piercing , he said no and that he will give me 80 dirham discount on the piercing , what a joke… he basically asked me to spend another 300 for a jewellery I have to buy from them .. DO NOT GO THERE , god forbid you get an infection and you need to remove/cut the jewellery like me.. you won’t get anything from them ..

I had more than 20 ear piercings and many dermals. Every time there was a problem, but of course they will make you pay if it falls off or anything happens.
Dermals never last and I keep coming back thinking its normal…
Lately, in 2 back to back instances, they double pierced on the same spot for a dermal creating a big scar ….
I will never step foot again and so disappointed by them after spending so much money for 2 years….
Lastly, one of the gold jewellery they put on my lobe was actually just silver.
Sad….

The WhatsApp communication was informative and booked an appointment for me for the same day.
Directions and parking instructions given were spot on.
Staff were friendly and inviting. My daughter is 2 and wanted her ears piercing but she is also scared of people since she is a covid baby. However she did not fuss at all. The staff put numbing cream on her ears, she chose her earrings from a great selection and she sat quietly whilst the spot for the hole was being down on. Staff made sure they were in the right positions before doing the hole. Both ears were done at the same time which was perfect.
My daughter even got a certificate for bravery at the end.
Highly recommend this place.
