Having checked our statements and the conversation history with one of the sales associates whose name is Karen , I found out that the mistake was from their side because they did not include the VAT in our latest bills and I made the payment on the amount that was told by Karen.
Then I tried to contact the sales lady to rectify many times, no replies. i called the Lóreal HQ, noone answer the phone.
I finally come up to a conclusion: mistakes happen, and it is ok with me, but the funny part is that they choose to send legal notice over that small amount other than having their team to call and rectify the matter. So I choose to stop the business relationship and stop ordering from them.

Unfortunately, the area is very much deserted with many shops having closed down in the recent years as well as many office having moved to more center location.
