Update 2022-03-01
Same great service as last time, delicious Turkish coffee, not so much special Cubans this time. Found a H.Upmann LCDH Edition though.

Awesome place in Dubai to buy and smoke cigars. Great selection of Cuban cigars. Prices bit higher than in Europe but found some cigars I can't buy back home.
Friendly and helpful staff that gives you great service. Chose to smoke indoors or outdoors. Indoors you'll find nice armchairs and outside just enjoy looking at people passing by.
No alcohol is served but great coffee and other drinks so it's just fine. Really recommend and I'll try one more visit before I go home.

I love the staff so nice truly but something is up with their cigars. I've thrown out 5 cigars from them. I feel like I'm throwing money away every time i buy haha. Anyways it's my fault for keep going back and given them chances.
I finally found this place with really good cigars
So thank God I'm satisfied now. But seriously I feel bad for the customer’s that get bad cigars.
I hope they fix the issue because the location and staff are great.
Fix the cigar issue and maybe make it look nice inside and your good to go! Good luck on better beginnings

Very very expensive, not a great selection of cigars but at around £50 pounds per cigar which you can buy in the uk at a third of the price don’t bother. Their sales ploy is to justify it by saying it’s all tax. Nonsense just ripping off tourists as I bought same cigars at a hotel at half the price

Good chill spot. Nice selection of cigars. A little pricey compared to other La Casa Del Habano stores I have visited. There is no alcohol served but they do have a drink menu that makes up for it.

⛔️⛔️⛔️This for sure deserves a mention.. I bought a few cigars from them last night and honestly Ive never had such a bad experience as I did with this purchase. Cigars almost moldy, 4 out of 4 of the cigars all dryyy and feels like smoking cigars that’s kept in a car for years in the Dubai heat and second. For sure I would recommend anyone to stay away, never going back there again. No wonder why it was like a graveyard with staff even sitting outside which I first thought was a customer. ⛔️⛔️⛔️

Nice place to chill & relax with friends or alone.
The cigar was absolutely good & the ☕ was unexpected (incredibly good)
The service was so just NICE. Highly recommended.

Cigar selection poor. But that’s due to the pandemic and no stock anywhere. The cigar lounges in the 5* hotels are better stocked and better atmosphere this is ok but seriously needs some money spending on the place it feels like your going back to the 80’s with cheap plastic leather chairs !

Cigars are well kept. And the people have some idea about them. But the ambiance is not there

Amazing place for enjoying cigar and the service was really professional, they changed my cigar when it was blocked
