Potentially a nice beach, but.... Most of the restaurants are closed, the showers and toilets are out of order and 300 AED for two sunbeds is ridiculous. The sea in May is already as hot as the air and full of jellyfish. So not refreshing at al. On top of that it closes(??!) at sunset.

Nice place, but in in 03.2023 almost places here were closed. Hard to find "free" shadow on beach. Sun beds cost 240 AED or 300 AED for day, no option to buy for hours.
But it is still nice place to spent some time! Check it by your self and make own review :)

Great place even though most of the restaurants are closed due to renovation. Good place to unwind, enjoy the beach, peaceful community and get your dose of Vitamin D. Recommend to everyone who wants to relax.

I recently visited Lamer Beach at night and it was an amazing experience! The weather was perfect and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The beach itself was clean and well-maintained. The lighting was just right, making for a beautiful ambiance. I loved the variety of food and drink options available as well as the live music. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend visiting Lamer Beach at night, it's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a beautiful evening. Overall, a 5-star experience that I will definitely be repeating in the near future

Adorable beach ⛱️, many restaurants and cafes are at walking distance and some of them are on beach as well. Overall a great place for relaxation.

La Mer u003d full set of disappointments. This is a perfect example how Dubai is going wrong direction. It starts with parking at 20 AED per hour! No prime time! Off season! Was almost empty and most of restaurants were closed. Those opened were not accessible in beach clothing althoug they are called "beach". There are too many of them, so you can't even see the see from their outside area. The biggest issue is the enormous expansion of buildings into the sea which remains only narrow strip of beach and sea view. Ugly view of new Sur La Mer residencial complex. The idea of spreading into the sea is based on getting more beach length. With the Sur La Mer, they got only additional 300m but the price is the original 400m is ruined and not worthy to spend time and money. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rasheed Al Maktoum, the idea is correct, but the implementation needs stronger vision and higher supervision.

Small but wonderful beach to enjoy sunset along with delicious food in the restaurants located by the beach.
