Terrible experience at festival branch. Every time I visit they inform me that I have points and at checkout tell me sorry we can’t use them. Why I have no clue. I request the manager and she slowly arrives to the branch and heads to changing rooms while I still wait. She then comes and tells me fine let’s do refund for you and then I get charged the same thing with no refund nor redemption while she leaves to go have lunch in the changing rooms and doesn’t even finish the purchase with me. Really terrible customer service. How can points never be redeemed at any purchase? Making me wait for so long and not even being attentive to the customer. Terrible customer service.

Big shame on La Senza, they put discounts on some lingerie but there is a tag over the tag, so when you remove the new tag it shows the previous price was lower. Such a fake sale is a shame!

One of the staff insisted to take measurements in public infront of other male customers. Refused request to take measurements privately. Changing room was dirty and lingeries was on the floor. Changing room was partly used as storage room. Another salesperson was more considerate to my needs. Sizes were unavailable.
