Beautiful Rooftop-Bar in the 47 Floor with tasteful Shisha and really friendly staff :-)

A decent shisha place right behind the Grand Emirates hotel. They have an adjacent cafe where you can get cakes and sweets. The shisha place itself is a part of a restaurant with reasonably tasty food.
