When I processed the payment nobody told me about return policy ( that there is no return, only exchange for other item)
I know that some place has this policy and I’m totally ok with that
But Lacoste cashier didn’t tell me about that policy
When I came to return the skirt, cashier guy told me that policy, which i didn’t know and I felt like it was bad trick from Lacoste staff
When I said to cashier girl that she didn’t tell me about this policy before, she just said “I said what I said” ????
I’m very disappointed with this because it’s not a bazaar, it’s high level brand… but the attitude of staff ????

The service is very poor and unexpectedly shocking as the minimum quality of human to human contact was not met and it's not meeting their brand standards. Unprofessional, very poor communication skills, impolite and rudeness is what I had to face during my visit. Their fashion consultant (ms. f) is a person who is just there to show muscles and argue to prove that she is the BOSS and it's her own showroom.
Please remember we buy those brands not because of the quality and design only but through human contact and shopping experience "which is zero in MOE branch" so it would be really great if you can educate and train your team
Never visiting this shop again!
