If you ask me where is the worst place in the world I will suggest this place, I never ever tried experience like this, non of the therapist knows how to do massage in additional the place is not clean, “ if you want lose your money come here “

The worst ever experience of my entire life. It’s dirty everywhere and Hammam is not enough steam, cold water with no pressure. They let u lay down on a yoga mattress and it’s never cleaned properly as you can see. They have no locker so you have to trust your valuables with the receptionist. Massage bed was not hygiene and entire floor was very oily and slippery. It was horrible yet it was overpriced. I suspect this place is meant for gents.

Massage was mediocre; Masseuse talked the ENTIRE time making it impossible to relax and kept answering her phone during my massage. Then afterwards, she kept entering the room while I was getting dressed. I didn’t say anything to the front desk because a) they didn’t speak good English and b) masseuse asked me not to say anything, but I was very displeased with service for the price (300 aed).

i just came to Dubai for tour and my friends have said about few spa service in the location nearby then i tried for laguna. seriously speaking its cost effective to take some beauty spa oriented or massage service in dubai. it was like a team of nice professionals and main thing to say is their spa environment is calm and quiet. i would surely recommend my known people to get a try there. i am not saying like so awesome it is but worth for their spa deals:-)
