Horrible service, very unprofessional people. Simple break change and disk polish and i am still hearing noise from my breaks. Went again but they dont want to look into this. I got it checked from other garage and found disks were not even polished. While changing my break they even damage my wiper pump. Please avoid them

Do not use! App has been useless for at least the last 2 weeks. Someone took our taxi tonight from Hamilton West, driver didn't even confirm name before leaving us stranded. Use another company!

Great drivers and really well priced taxis. Cost me £25 to get home from Glasgow to Hamilton. Simply unmatched by any other taxi service.

Waited an hour in -6 temperature 12-12-22 taxi never arrived, was supposed to take 20 minutes. Called a few times to ask what was going on but was pointless as they just gave me a load of nonsense.

I ordered a taxi and told the dispatcher that I would like to pay by card.

The taxi arrived and when I went to pay I was told he only takes cash - are we in 1990?

Thankfully my friend had some money however I wouldn’t use this business again when there’s so many others with better apps and the ability to pay with your card. Unfortunately it seems this business isn’t keeping with the other taxi companies in the area.

Operator is extremly rude and hung up phone without listening, and sometimes pretend she can't hear when she doesn't have car or she don't want to send car to that location. Due to operator I m changing my preference of cab now.
