It's a nice place with some nice Cafe and restaurant. But it's toilet is always dirty and too smelly. It's lacking ventilation. Need immediate attention from the building management.

Good place to live in. There are many shops available downstairs like choithrams, union corp and others so groceries are available at ease.

Lamar residence is not as good as it seems, despite being in a strategic location and close to super markets and Safa Park,
It is actually very noisy place mostly if you face the road side as boys keep playing with their noisy sporty cars overnights mostly on weekends, there are a lot of false alarms, fire alarm sound is a torture in the ears, almost got a heart attack as it keep starting suddenly and anytime in the night.
The building was built using cheap materials, it is prone to a lot of maintenance issues, one day the window got broken with no reason.

Enter the Lamar building and PsyNix will be to your left (if yoh enter the building from the wasl road side)

Busy area. Paled cars are blocking the buildings entrance. There is no gym, no pool.
