Super i have no words for this hotel morning unlimited buffet afternoon we need to pay and night also and steam bath,gym, swimming pool everything is extremely good ????

We visited Landmark Plaza hotel in last December on our vacation to Dubai.
Luckily, it was only for 2 nights, otherwise we would have gone for some other nicer place. It was the most unpleasant hotel that I have visited for my whole life. From the point of entering the hotel, the receptionist and the crew was not pleasant at all. They did not even have a smile on their face and behaved as if we were a burden to them. After spending lot of time, we were given a room which was not maintained at all. The fridge was not working at all, and when we asked for support to fix it, one grumpy guy came and fixed it. End result was we could either use the fridge or the electric kettle at a given time. Because there was only one working plug point there. Of course a nice ranking should be given to their bathrooms as well. It had only a hand shower, which was also broken from its hook. It was hung on a thread and the attached photos will give the readers a good idea of what I'm trying to explain. You may also refer the curtain shower and the washing cubicle in the attached photo which was covered with slime, giving a very unpleasant smell. I would also like to add a comment on food as well. After having so much of disappointments we had doubts about the food too and our predictions were all correct. The quality of the food was also not that good and also the corners of the restaurant gave an unpleasant smell which cannot be accepted in a restaurant at all. The reason was again the curtains have not been cleaned for so long.
The staff of the restaurant was also not active at all and all of them had grumpy faces as if we were spending time free of charge at the hotel. All in all, we do not recommend this hotel at all, as it made our stay very unpleasant from the start.

Usually this hotel is neat and clean but this time we found a few cockroaches in the toilet...

Very bad staff at the reception, awfully bad. The less words I say is better cause they were the worst ever. They spoke in Arabic amongst each other and thought I would not understand, I used to be a regular customer to this hotel but this will now be the end due to their lacking and awful acts. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, a one star hotel would be better than this.

Very nice hotel quiet and clean
Only that the furniture is quiet old and it gives out nasty smell if a.c is off

If you are going with Family avoid this place at all. We were 3 friends so it was not an issue. But i would never ever go to this hotel with my family. Before booking i checked all reviews and still i booked hoping how bad it can be. But i regret my decision

Cons
Hotel is very very outdated.
Bathroom is barely operational.
bathroom commode was broke
No proper sink every time we washed our hands water got filled in the basin
No cold water. I mean you have to take bath with hot water and its not a normal hot water. It was so hot that it will make your skin red.
No soap, toothbrush, towels, shampoo. we had to call to get them
chargepoints did not worked.

Pros
Hotel location is great. its exactly opposite to metro.
Hotel staff is friendly. Whenever you call they will come to help. but the problem is you have to call everytime.
we called them to fix chargepoints.
we called them to get us towels
we called them to get shampoo and soap
they come when you call and this is why there is a one star. or else i would have given 0 star

I rarely post bad reviews but i took my time and posted to make you all aware. Unless and untill the hotel takes it seriously things are going to be the same. the hotel needs help.

I do not like anything, it was a great mistake. I had booked for 3 nights but sadly I had to leave in 2 days, my family could not stay in this unhygienic place. Room was really dirty and very old and smells bad.
Bathrooms and room tiles are broken
The curtains are dirty and old, full of dirts.
Cupboard woods are broken
No charge point, only one that too inside the cupboard available for water heater only
Only 2 water bottle are given per day

Nice Hotel opposite to Baniyas Square Metro Station. Resonable Tariff.
