Very unprofessional, I received a message from Their end asking if I’d need welpenela since I didn’t purchase for a very long time , placed an order since we place a trust on the seller, went to the shop to see all the welpenela was dry. To cover up their mistakes they even insisted we buy the dry product at a lower price , called the management to inform regarding the matter and how far we travelled only for this , whoever who was on the other end while I was talking to the lady was very rude and unpleasant towards my call , his statement was “ hari hari than ithin Gaga TA paninada “ . Never expected such a popular store called “Lankan cart “would respond to a customer in a very unprofessional manner . Will never recommend this store to anyone whom we know of living in Dubai.

Please kindly do not order here.
They will call you everyday and tell 1 item is not there and tomorrow another item is not there.. so by the time of delivery, since the no of items will be less they dont want to deliver.
Thank God i did not prepay for this order.

They are good but gotta update their service timings in google. It says 10am to 8pm but it’s closed at 4.55pm with the notice of opening after 6pm. It could avoid disappointments. Thanks

We can collect most of the necessory Sri lankan items from this store. The seller is buyer friendly. The delivery service also good.
The prices are quit high. The store also small. Other than these two, overall ratings is good.
