We are a family of five and originally booked 3 nights with breakfast, dinner, and free access to 3 parks (Lego Land, Lego Water Park, and Motion Gate) my kids loved it then we extended for one more night.
The hotel overall excellent and it could be five stars:
- Amazing, friendly, and helpful staff especially front desk and housekeeping.
- Breakfast and dinner buffet have a verity of dishes with good tastes.
- Room in excellent condition and clean.

Hotels was clean, the room were very good and clean plus spacious. The services in general by staff were very good but the buffet was poor! The poolside were alright, nothing spectacular but family friendly. Not so great for couples get away but definitely great for families and affordable. The bonus is its right next door to Dubai amusement park and great for the adults for shopping at the Outlet stores.

This place is away from city. Means its literally feels like a different region.

They have a different style and theme.

Facility is nice to look at, however it needs some arrangements with it comes to rush hours.

The lobby is so crowded and a big queue is shown as we checked in.

Staff are kind in general, and this hotel has the potential to make better outcome of its resources.

Price is overrated for the sake of value. Earlier, booking a room can grant you access to the three parks for both check-in and check-out days (you can enter the park more than once in both days). Now they only allow you for one park for each night booked and the ticked is redeemable once only.

Rooms are average for 5-star hotel with no exceptional feature.

Balcony is massive and good for a drink.

The hotel is literally located in an isolated area, so it means the guest needs to bring his own snacks if they're gonna grab a late-night bites.

No grocery stores around it, and delivery for regular restaurants does not operate at the area.

Restaurants in the parks nearby are more expensive than their original rates outside this area (such as McDonald's).

Amazing stuff, they get busy sometimes for room service tho, rooms are super nice especially balcony, hotel in general is lovely concept, but pool is sad, too shallow for an adult, water was too warm considering you need something a bit refreshing, must build another pool for adults. Buffet was absolute 5 stars, all the options you'd think of is there and good quality. They should consider lower rates for extra or upgraded park tickets.

Nice hotel, helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Family friendly. In summer they have great staycation packages, including breakfast and park tickets or even full board packages. The only Downside of the whole experience is that you need to wait for the buggy in the heat (45+)to pick you up from the parks or drop you off at the parks ( no pre booking can be made). ,

Amazing hotel with lovely staff! Stayed for 4 nights and was amazed at the quality for the price we paid!

Had a slight issue and the staff was more than helpful to rectify it, a manager called the next day to make sure was sorted. The attention was so refreshing as I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a lovely resort stay with family.

The theme parks are a stone throw away, with the buggies on hand to take you to the entrance, which makes everything so easier in first day.

The hotel is perfect for families with children, the hotel staff is always kind and provides wholehearted service. We should mention the hotel's chef, Hamid, who took care of us in the dining room for every request the girls asked him to prepare. Obviously we will return to the hotel in the future.

We stayed for 2 nights and visited the parks.

Check in crowd was not short of 100 people but the staff were coping just fine. Special thanks to Islam!
Kaleo breakfast buffet outstanding and great service
Ari food and service top!!!
Pools are fun and great for families
Rooms are spacious, super clean and comfortable
Kids club amazing and activities are engaging and fun

It’s the staff though who are not surprisingly the stand out!
Check in, bell staff, concierge, restaurant, kids areas, room service, pool attendants, buggy drivers. Every single staff we bumped to was helpful, friendly and busy doing a great work!

Definitely recommended for all
And hopefully see you soon cause it’s surely a repeat destination
