Only gave 4 stars because I don't agree with having to say your name and address out loud, for everyone behind you to hear, when collecting a prescription. Staff usually pleasant and helpful.

I know any hospitality based job is stressful especially in a pharmacy when dealing with the public but some kindness, understanding and compassion would of gone along way especially when dealing with vulnerable people, young and old.

Haltwhistle Boots is well stocked. Staff are informative and helpful. They were brilliant even when they are rushed off their feet. Always smiling!
