This one of the high-rise towers in Dubai offers breathtaking views,
The building reception provides a bar code to enter the lift, sometimes lift area is crowded due to long queues.

Finding RTA parking is nearly impossible in this area, but paid parking is readily available. Overall, it's worth a visit for the stunning architecture and panoramic views, despite these minor inconveniences.

the place is amazing with a great view, but the only negative thing is that it is nearly impossible to find a parking lot on the street

This tower is exceptionally beautiful. It has a couple of restaurants on its ground floor. The aesthetics of this building is gorgeous. The lift is different from the regular. Has so many lifts and i doubt if there could be any lift overcrowding in this building because a system keeps assigning different lift for your desired floor. It's so pretty.

Glamorous, clean and well facilitated building. Residence and Office towers are separate . The lift access is quick and well in tune with technology.

Very bad tower, 2 hours to wait the lift, also 2 hours to take a permission to inter the tower, also 2 hours to find a parking,, there is hotel parking, their employees everytime ask you why you park here and show me the receipt ???????????? every time!!!!!!!
It means once you decide to visit the tower you have to take an off day because you will spend whole day between parking , permission and the lift????????
I forgot to tell you about the dirty washrooms and the very very very stupid taps ,

Absolutely awful people. After calling in the morning to tell them I'd be coming and being told they were open until 4, I drove 3.5 hours from London only to get there at 3.30pm and find they had shut the office. When I called and complained the woman on the phone proceeded to tell me I was in the wrong for having not gotten there before 230pm (as I had said I'd be there around late lunch time) so she simply chose to leave at 315pm.

Very rude owner and office staff. Not helpful at all and do not keep you informed about anything. I think they couldn't care less. Go somewhere else to avoid the hassle.
