Seating area and service very bad. 3 small tables only and very tight place. You are setting between the kitchen and the door so expect people moving around you all the time not to mention delivery people. Cakes are great but overall experience is bad. Also, ordered black coffee which was nice

This was an extremely bizarre experience. The entire concept is built around the lava molten cake. Which in it’s definition must be served hot. Much to our surprise ours was served completely cold. Not even warm, but absolutely cold. When we brought this to the attention of the staff they informed us that the reason it’s served cold is because they let the lava cake cool down in order to decorate it. What behooved us even further is that they took our lava cake and simply popped it into the microwave infront of us to warm it. I mean you can’t make this stuff up.

Bad online ordering experience. I was trying to follow up with the receptionist, but she was bad with me and hung up the phone disrespectfully under the pretext of too many orders. Knowing that it was a big order. Please hire someone who has the ability to deal with people

I’ve been wanting to try this place since it opened. I ordered yesterday and asked for a specific message to be added and they agreed. Today and after 20 minutes of picking up they simply texted me to go back since they did not add what I’ve requested. It was a gift for a special person and it was ruined :( unsatisfied

The lava cake and there coffee were on point, everything was delicious and perfect, the employees were great and friendly. Definitely coming back.
