We bought a coffee Mashine from them the coffee Mashine stopped working we are trying to repair it sense 15 days we are connecting technician manager Mr. Rinood he is reading our msgs in whats up but he don’t reply - when we call him he be like i will get back to you After sometime - anyways if we knew the technician team would be like this we would he closer to their products

Machines are top quality and coffee tastes amazing however I decided to give a bad review because of the treatment I received. Staff were very rude and not professional, there were two ladies at the reception desk and both did not even greet us when we came into the store at all. The sales lady didn't want to explain much about the functions of the machines so we had to ask the basic questions and as soon as she thought we had all the information we needed she decided to walk away. So it's very obvious they don't care about selling to individuals and retail their focus is on corporate and wholesale. I recommend you make a full research and know what type of machine you're looking for in specific the model name before going so you don't need to ask them the basic questions which they're not willing to answer.

A good coffee shop in I rise tower variety of coffee is available to have also you can get salids sandwiches pizzas and sausage rolls which i like the most only one guy in staff which so good and polite mostly per coffe is 16 to 16 AED and salid price is 13 AED to 15 AED
