I recently stayed at Lavender Hotel in Dubai for a period of 13 days, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my feedback to ensure other travelers are aware of the hotel's shortcomings.

First and foremost, the management's lack of organization and communication was evident throughout my stay. On three separate occasions, I was locked out of my room and asked to pay the hotel tax again, despite having already paid it upon check-in. This issue persisted even after the receptionist changed, indicating a systemic problem within the hotel. It was disheartening to witness such inconsistency and a clear lack of coordination among the staff.

Moreover, it seemed that there was no centralized system in place to keep track of payments and guest information. This resulted in unnecessary inconvenience and frustration for guests like myself. It is imperative for any reputable hotel to have efficient systems and well-trained staff to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for their guests. Unfortunately, this was sorely lacking at this hotel.

I attempted to address my concerns with the hotel staff, but it became evident that nobody had a clear understanding of what was happening. The lack of knowledge and awareness among the employees further highlights the management's failure to provide proper training and guidance to their team members.

In light of my experience, I strongly urge potential guests to exercise caution when considering Lavender Hotel Deira. The issues I encountered during my stay were indicative of a hotel that falls short in terms of customer service, professionalism, and overall guest satisfaction.

So old and a lot of unnecessary rules and policies like no visitors and no bell boy will deliver your orders from outside. Furniture is like it has been their since 1990. It is really funny how it is rated excellent. Rating should have some criteria to reach excellent or very good. This hotel below average

It's a nice hotel and staff, such a friendly, humble security guard, I enjoyed the stay and recommend it.
Just the towels need to washed as they had a weird smell.
Overall loved it!

The hotel is nothing like its picture and its very old and dirty with the worst reception staff ever. The balcony door wont open and it needed mega force to be open and close. Toilet was dirty. The reception and room service would not answer the phone

Rooms are bigger than other hotels. Toiletries provided, friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms.

Good decent hotel, with supportive staff, food was also fine. Location ok as its low budget area, near union metro deira. For family, better to spend more and stay in some other good dubai area.

We stayed there 7 nights, everything is perfect. Staff is very friendly. They always try to treat their guests in well manner and provide good hospitality. Rooms are very clean . The food is absolutely amazing and excellent eating experience, Head Chef Mahesh who always engage with guests and also look after guest requirements and also try to do his best. Highly recommended Lavender Hotel Deira, ????????????????????
