LBC is my forwarder of choice. Recent experience where I bought prepaid voucher from LBC booth located at Burjuman Mall. Staff are knowledgeable about services. I would like to commend the effort of your staff named Greta. She went out of her way to assist me in booking my appliance shipment. I really appreciate her time & effort in helping me schedule my pick up of the items. Also, the staff who picked up my appliance called ASAP to inform me of my schedule. Overall great service. Thank you so much!!

Worst company i decided to let my Marriage Certificate to get apostilled in philippines. As agreed will be finish in 5-6 weeks yet it took 12 weeks on which got fine with my baby visa due to unprofessional and unorganized processing of there applications. As well customer service is very poor esp when submitting complain via email. It took them 2 months and keep saying most of the time ( Will forward you to our concerned department ) until it took ages and no one answers your concern. I hope may God Bless you all to what your doing to your customers.

NO for paper works processing. It give you more issue and delays.

I will share easy location
Go to Al satwa bus station and ask anyone al maya supermarket in front of al maya cross road OPPOSITE
right side you will see LBC OFFICE...

Dear LBC,

I just called your VERY RUDE customer service personnel today at 3:00pm Dubai Time, and I was informed that the attestation service I have paid for last month requires a written authorization letter.

I have not received any update or no one has contacted me on this matter.

PLEASE DO YOUR SERVICE RIGHT AND ENLIGHTEN YOUR CALL CENTER AGENTS TO BE MINDFUL WITH THEIR ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! we apply for a cert of no birth record to process in the Philippines and they told me the process will be 3-5 weeks and sadly, its almost 2 months now and the cert that we are expecting still not coming. In the status of the parcel, its already here in the UAE last oct 27 but according to them, the al qouz branch just received the parcel last oct 28, but until now that cert is not delivered to me. The guy who processed our application always says he will check but he never update me and the guy who's in duty in satwa branch is VERY hard to speak with, he dont know anything and even i explained everything, he still dont understand me. We paid the right price for the process but until now we still dont have that cert! WHERE IS IT NOW?!!!!

When I send box to my family every year, I always use their service! They are very fast and the customer service is good too. I always use the anniversary box because when they pick up your package, they will give an extra box to you for free! Awesome!

Hi everyone my experience very bed with LBC bcz i sended my document to india my family couldn't receive
then i asked to LBC al satwa off they said it's your country problem i given my dox to LBC it was LBC responsibility to send my documents but LBC given to me back my dox
