Went over the limit by 12 minute after spending the afternoon treating my daughter shopping. Spent over £300 at shops/tenants of the landowner and got
A £100 fine a week later. G24 not sympathies or reasonable . Will not be going to this retail again. Do not like being ripped off

Be aware!! I got fined £60 by parking operator G24 Ltd. for staying too long in the Derby branch of the Go Outdoors shop (180 instead of 120 minutes), where I spent a lot of money that day. I had to stay long in the shop to pitch up a tent I was interested in, which was not on display, and was not aware of the parking time limit due to poor signage. Other G24 reviewers on Google are reporting similar issues. Very poor signage upon entering (only small poorly oriented sign in middle of car park but no sign at entrance like any decent parking garage) and no barriers / pay machine or reminders in store to give you the option to pay a small parking fee if you are planning to stay longer than the (in my opinion) badly indicated permitted two hours. I feel it would not be worth my effort to appeal as their decision time is reported longer than the time for the fine to increase to £100. If G24 Ltd. was ever interested in improving, they would offer shop visitors this alternative, but I deem it unlikely. I hope this helps others running into the same situation.

I eotked 4 months as a contractor, i put my reg no into the sistem but they charged me for every day of parking more than 8 hours wich is obviously because I had to work 8 hours per day and it takes me few minutes to end my shift and get into my car. That means more than 80 parking tickets, all from minday to friday, all between 8 hours and 3 minutes and 8 hours and 15 minutes.
I call them and they have no intention to help me and sort the situation. I email them many times, never received an answer. More than that, they send most of my charging tickets to Trace Debt Recovery eho is harashing me by calls and letters and now I have to call the store manager where I worked to ask him for a proof via email email that I worked there for every single leter i received from Trace debt recovery.

Imagine all my stress, frustration and anger.
They made me hating the life, I start looking my hair because of this stress.
Awfull company. Hope someone will sue them for milions

I really hope someone looks into this company.
I've read many a story on social media about them.
My elderly mother has received a ticket for supposedly going over her time in a retail car park (non pay and display.) Even though she was shopping in both shops and caught in a queue.
She's paid it through worry, because they tell you that if your appeal is rejected you'll pay a higher amount.
Plus takes 28 days for them to respond, so you'd be done for the higher price anyway.
I am contacting the stores and the land owner about them.
I feel for my mum, who was worried out of her mind and also out of pocket by a big chunk of her state pension.
People can't help being held up in stores if there are large queues for the tills.
Its not on.

These numpties will have to revoke their little fine. They’ve charged me for parking outside my own gym, it’ll be removed. Get ready to order one of your little bottom feeders to delete the fine off for me, there’s a good lad. I know times are hard but sat behind cameras sending invoices, not fines, as you haven’t got the facilities to send a fine, have you? Anyway, sending your little invoices for £100 for being useless isnt going to get you muppets very far, especially with my fine. Many thanks to the drone who will be removing my fine off the record for me, you’re a star.

Oh! I almost forgot, why is there no discounted rate for early payment, you’re obligated to do so aren’t you? Anyone reading this, never pay the £100, they are obliged to offer you £60, nice try though, cowboys! Yehaw!

Never received any letter from G24, just demand from company my debt has been passed to with £170 to pay in 14 days ????

My father is an elderly man and has never incurred as much as a parking ticket in the whole of his adult life. This week he received an alarming letter in the post from Trace debt collectors demanding him to pay a £165 fine as he had ignored two previous letters from G24. He was very shocked, nervous and scared so mum called Trace to find out where the illegal parking had taken place. Apparently it was in Wickes car park, Colchester back in October. Apparently dad stayed 20 mins too long. Dad paid the £165 over the phone to Trace the day he got the letter as he didn't want the debt to escalate. He NEVER received any prior letters from G24 demanding payment of fines. I telephoned G24 today and and they claimed letters had been sent in the post in November and December. All other mail has been received by my parents during this period. I put it to G24 that letters weren't sent out and by not doing so they've been able to treble their fine as the original fine was £57. I further telephoned Wickes in Colchester today to relay this all to them and they confirmed that they had received multiple complaints in recent weeks claiming the same problem... Wickes customers calling to say they had debt collectors writing to them but with no previous letters been received from G24. Wickes were very apologetic but this does not compensate my elderly honest father. He'd spent a lot of money in Wickes that day only to be slapped with this insult and now it transpires that other customers have been too. How much longer are G24 going to be able to get away with such abhorrent behaviour. Dad will not step foot it the Wickes store again and will in future take his custom to a competitor.

Scandalous thieves. Entered a car park to find no car parking spaces available, left due this and received a fine - the company disregarded all letters and evidence and threatened debt recovery and court battles. The CEO surely cannot sleep well at night.
